Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping within Singapore for orders over S$60. For orders under S$60, a local flat shipping fee of S$5.00 is charged. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order. Delivery may take longer during festive periods. For bulk orders and international orders, please get in touch with us at hello@thewildfloweredit.com.

Returns, Exchange and Refunds 

We offer returns and exchanges of products purchased, within 7 days of purchase, under certain conditions listed below:

1. Item received is defective or different from the product stated in your order confirmation.
2. Item is in its original condition, sealed, unused and in the original packaging.
3. We are unable to provide you with the original order made.
4. Return shipment costs will be borne by customer and we will not refund the shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
5. Return has been inspected and authorized by our team.

We do not do cash refunds but are able to offer store credits which have a validity for one year.

Please note returns, exchanges and store credits may take 5-10 days to be processed.
